John Gutkoski to Moderate at ACI Paragraph IV Disputes Conference

April 17, 2018—Intellectual property litigation partner John T. Gutkoski has been chosen as a panel moderator for American Conference Institute's 12th annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference on April 23-24. The conference is part of the ACI's Hatch-Waxman Series.

Gutkoski will moderate six speakers during the "Oil States, SAS, and the Future of IPRs: An Assessment of Challenges to Inter Partes Review Presently Before the Supreme Court" panel. The presentations will examine the pending Oil States and SAS cases with topics including constitutionality, separation of powers, developing interim jurisdictional strategies, and understanding how these decisions will impact Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigation and litigators' practices.

Joining Gutkoski at the conference will be a team of Barclay Damon intellectual property litigation attorneys, including partner Laura A. Vogel, who has previously spoken at the conference three times. Vogel has extensive Hatch-Waxman experience and has been involved in over 20 ANDA litigations as counsel or co-counsel.
