James P. Domagalski a Featured Presenter at Environmental Conference
March 23, 2017—James P. Domagalski, chair of Barclay Damon’s Construction & Surety Practice Area, was a featured speaker at the 35th Annual Greater Buffalo Environmental Conference, presented by the Western New York Chapter of the New York State Water Environment Association. Jim’s presentation was titled “The Marriage of Engineering and Law on Public Construction Projects: Getting It Right.”
Jim is an experienced trial lawyer in both federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. His trial experience includes large construction disputes, complex commercial and municipal litigation, and employer defense and counseling in labor, employment, and discrimination matters.
