Hiscock & Barclay Welcomes New Associate M. Eric Galvez
Syracuse, New York - February 4, 2013 - Hiscock & Barclay, LLP announces M. Eric Galvez has joined the firm’s Syracuse office as an Associate. Galvez will focus his practice on various aspects of intellectual property litigation as well as patents and prosecution. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law (2008) and The College of William and Mary (2001). He also received his Master of Public Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (2005). Prior to joining the firm, Galvez practiced at the Washington, DC office of Sidley Austin where he dealt with a wide range of issues including patent litigation, patent prosecution, trade secret misappropriation, off-label promotion, and intellectual property due diligence. He is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia and is registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
