Hiscock & Barclay Welcomes New Associate Benjamin Heffley
Albany, New York – December 11, 2014 – Hiscock & Barclay, LLP welcomes new attorney Benjamin D. Heffley as an Associate in the Albany office.
Heffley is a litigation attorney and a member of the Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Area. He concentrates his practice on matters relating to insurance, civil rights and class action defense, commercial disputes, real property actions and personal injury.
Prior to joining Hiscock & Barclay, Heffley was an associate at Roemer Wallens Gold & Mineaux, LLP. He received his law degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York.
