Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Rochester Partners Susan Schultz Laluk and Scott P. Rogoff have been named Co-Chairs of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Disability, Labor and Employment Law Committee for 2012-2013.
Laluk assists employers with compliance, termination and discrimination issues, and executive level employees with employment, compensation and severance agreements. She is Past-President of the Monroe County Bar Association.
Rogoff is a civil litigator with extensive experience representing employers regarding day-to-day employment matters and regularly litigates claims before the New York State Division of Human Rights, Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in state and federal courts.
