Hiscock & Barclay Partners Oropallo and Nardiello to Address Intellectual Property Issues at State Bar Annual Meeting
Syracuse, New York - January 10, 2014 - Hiscock & Barclay, LLP attorneys Michael A. Oropallo and Jason S. Nardiello will share insights with their fellow lawyers at the Annual Meeting of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association on Jan. 28 in New York City.
Oropallo, Partner at Hiscock & Barclay and Chair of the firm’s Branding, Trademarks & Copyrights Practice Area, is Program Co-Chair for “Something Bold, Something New: How Global Changes Can Affect All of You.” Oropallo will provide remarks at the beginning and close of the day-long program.
Nardiello, a Partner who works in Hiscock & Barclay’s Syracuse and New York City offices and concentrates his practice on various aspects of intellectual property litigation, will serve as a panelist on a midday discussion, “The Constantly Changing Online World: Advertising, Trademarks, Metadata and Key Word Searching.”
