Community Day With Catholic Charities Housing
Albany, New York - May 8, 2015 – In conjunction with National Older Americans Month the staff and attorneys of Hiscock & Barclay’s Albany office are teaming up with Catholic Charities Housing to serve the needs of their community members.
The Hiscock & Barclay team has dedicated their May community day to enhancing the lives of those currently residing in the Catholic Charities single room occupancy on Maiden Lane. The Diversity Leadership Team made up of staffers and attorneys from Hiscock & Barclay will travel to the Maiden Lane location, projects will include painting common areas of the facility as well as general improvements. Hiscock & Barclay’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiative encourages attorneys and staff to volunteer during work hours to assist a variety of local agencies throughout the year.
The Catholic Charities Housing Office provides affordable low income housing and support services to the less fortunate residing in Albany.
