Hiscock & Barclay Attorneys and Staff Participate in Volunteer Efforts

Syracuse, New York - May 31, 2014 - Thirteen attorneys and staffers from Hiscock & Barclay, LLP traveled to areas in and around New York City to join National Grid employees in their annual Downstate New York Community Volunteer Day May 17.

Projects included painting, landscaping and spring cleaning at Camp Anchor in Lido Beach, a summer day camp for children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism; similar work at Camp Sunrise in Wheatley Heights, a summer day camp for children and their siblings with cancer; stocking and organizing shelves at Community Church of the Nazarene in Far Rockaway, a disaster recovery center following Hurricane Sandy and helping repair damage done by Hurricane Sandy at Bobbi & the Strays, an animal rescue shelter in Freeport.

This was National Grid's fourth annual Downstate New York Community Volunteer Day.
