Hiscock & Barclay Attorney to Present at Women on the Move 2010 Program
Linda J. Clark, Partner at Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, will be addressing ethical concerns in social networking at the New York State Bar Association’s Women on the Move 2010 program, on Thursday, April 20 at the State Bar Center, in Albany, N.Y. Clark is Past-President of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association and currently serves as Chair of the New York State Conference of Bar Leaders. She is also a member of the State and Federal Judicial Advisory Council.
Clark is a frequent lecturer and contributor of written materials at accredited national, regional and local continuing legal education programs for attorneys, including seminars presented by HarrisMartin, the New York State Bar Association, the Capital District Women’s Bar Association and others. Clark concentrates her practice in the areas of state and federal, commercial, mass tort, health care and class-action/group clam litigation.
