Hiscock & Barclay Attorney Melissa Zambri to Speak at 32nd Annual ESAAL Conference and Trade Show
Hiscock & Barclay Albany Partner, Melissa Zambri, will speak at the 32nd Annual Empire State Association of Assisted Living Conference and Trade Show. The conference will take place May 15 until May 18 at the Sagamore Resort on Lake George in Bolton Landing, NY.
Zambri, a Rexford resident, focuses her practice on enterprise development and regulatory guidance for the health care industry. Based in the Firm’s Albany office, she provides counsel to health care and health care-related facilities including senior residences, assisted living facilities, home care providers and facilities that serve the developmentally disabled.
Zambri will be speaking at the conference in a session with other attorneys entitled “Ask the Attorneys: What You Wanted to Know, but Didn’t Ask.” The panel will address legal issues impacting assisted living providers including, termination of admission agreements or evictions, and Department of Health enforcement. The discussion will be followed by a question and answer session.
