Mawhinney, Jr. will be honored by New York Community College Trustees on April 15, 2011 at the New York Community College Trustees’ 57th Annual Conference The Role of Community Colleges in SUNY, held this year at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. To commemorate this honor, the Trustees will rename their current Trustee Leadership Award the Donald M. Mawhinney Trustee Leadership Award.
