Hiscock & Barclay Attorney Danielle Mettler Participates in Environmental Workshop at RIT
Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Attorney Danielle E. Mettler moderated two workshops at the “International Environmental Management Leadership Symposium” at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) on May 12, 2009. Mettler’s workshop focused on The Role of Environmental Ethics in Decision-Making.
This symposium was part of a three-year series of symposia that are being held in the US, EU and Asia. Over 120 environmental managers attended the event, which included 12 topical workshops that began to identify, define, and develop consensus opinions on the roles, goals, positions, and underlying assumptions of the profession.
Mettler handles a wide array of environmental matters at the Firm. Her practice involves litigation, transactional, permitting and compliance work with a concentration in the Clean Air Act, New York Sate air regulation and climate change.
