Rochester, New York - February 8, 2013 - Hiscock & Barclay, LLP attorney Danielle E. Mettler will speak at the “Green Is Good – The New Business Paradigm” Conference co-hosted by the Air & Waste Management Association and the New York Water Environment Association on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the RIT Inn & Conference Center in Rochester, New York.
Mettler’s presentation, “Air Quality Impacts of Natural Gas Drilling and Hydraulic Fracturing Activities,” will focus on air emission sources and pollutants associated with well drilling, hydraulic fracturing, and the production of natural gas as well as an overview of the anticipated regulatory approach toward obtaining the relevant air permits in New York.
