Hiscock & Barclay Appoints Attorneys to New Roles
Hiscock & Barclay, LLP appoints Partners David Cabaniss, Melissa Zambri and Richard Day to new administrative roles at the Firm.
David Cabaniss was named Chair of the Professional Liability Practice Area. He resides in the Albany office and concentrates his practice in litigation and handles legal issues including product liability claims, toxic tort claims, insurance coverage disputes and commercial matters.
Melissa Zambri was named Chair of the Health Care & Human Services Practice Area. As a resident of the Firm’s Albany office she focuses her practice on enterprise development and regulatory guidance for the health care industry.
Richard Day, of the Firm’s Buffalo Office, joins Syracuse Partner Jim Canfield as Co-Chair of the Corporate Practice Area. He focuses his practice on general corporate and business law, commercial law as well as estate planning.
