F. Paul Vellano III Joins Hiscock & Barclay as Associate in Syracuse
Syracuse, New York – August 19, 2014 – F. Paul F. Vellano III has joined Hiscock & Barclay, LLP as an Associate in the Syracuse office.
Vellano is an attorney in Hiscock & Barclay’s Patents & Prosecution Practice Area. He had been with the firm as a Patent Coordinator since 2013.
Vellano graduated from SUNY Buffalo Law School and the University of Maryland at College Park. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to studying law, Vellano was involved in scientific research in bacteriology and virology at the University of Maryland, The Ohio State University and at the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
Vellano is a member of the New York Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
