David Burch Promoted to Partner at Hiscock & Barclay
Syracuse, New York – January 6, 2014 – Hiscock & Barclay, LLP announces the promotion of attorney David G. Burch to the position of Partner.
Burch is resident in the firm’s Syracuse office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, White Collar, Project Development, Energy, and Oil & Gas Practice Areas.
Burch has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in matters relating to commercial litigation, tax litigation, and white collar criminal defense. He also advises businesses on project development matters and assists clients in maximizing available benefits under the New York State Empire Zones Program, the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program, the Brownfield Credit Program, the New Markets Tax Credit Program, as well as other development incentives, including appearing in administrative proceedings to challenge denials of such incentives.
He graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University. He is an active member of the law community and frequently speaks at conferences and authors articles and alerts on topics relating to his various practice areas.
