Christopher Greene Chairs Erie County Bar Foundation CampaignBUFFALO, NY — October 15, 2015 — Christopher T. Greene, a partner at Barclay Damon, LLP, has been named chair of the Erie County Bar Foundation’s 2015 annual campaign.
The Erie County Bar Foundation has assisted hundreds of local attorneys and their families since its inception in 1957. Funds raised through the annual campaign and other initiatives enable the foundation to provide support to those experiencing a wide range of issues, including illness, depression, substance abuse, job loss, and more. In addition to providing financial assistance, the foundation provides referrals to mental health professionals and assistance applying for social services.
Mr. Greene, co-chair of Barclay Damon’s Corporate Practice Area, works primarily with closely held businesses and not-for-profit corporations in matters involving health care corporate and regulatory matters, corporate and partnership formations, business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and business succession planning. He has held leadership roles with numerous charitable organizations, including Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute, Kaleida Health, and the Richardson Center Corporation, among others.
