Carol Snider Co-Chairs Asbestos Claims & Litigation Conference
BUFFALO, NY — January 18, 2016 — Carol G. Snider, a partner at Barclay Damon, LLP and Chair of the law firm’s Mass & Toxic Torts Practice Area, co-chaired the American Conference Institute’s 20th National Advanced Forum on Asbestos Claims & Litigation.
This national conference brought together experts in asbestos injury claims from fields that included law, medicine, science, and insurance. It was held January 14 and 15 at the Union League of Philadelphia.
In addition to co-chairing the conference, Ms. Snider was a panelist for a session titled “Lung Cancer: New Medical and Legal Considerations Given the Substantial Increase in Claims.”
