Brad M. Gallagher Joins Barclay Damon as Counsel
ALBANY, NY — September 20, 2016 — Barclay Damon, LLP is pleased to announce that Brad M. Gallagher has joined the firm as Counsel. A recognized trial lawyer, Mr. Gallagher will focus his litigation practice on the representation of hospitals, independent pharmacies and other health care organizations. He resides in the firm’s Albany office.
Mr. Gallagher has a successful track record of helping clients and insureds obtain favorable and cost-effective results through direct negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and litigation in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts.
Previously Mr. Gallagher was a senior attorney with Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C. in New Jersey. He served as a law clerk for Judge Stuart Peim of the Superior Court of New Jersey and as an intern for Magistrate Judge George H. Lowe of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Gallagher earned his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
