Beth Ann Bivona Honored With Girl Scouts Of WNY Women Of Distinction Award

BUFFALO, NY"”August 19, 2016 "” Beth Ann Bivona, co-chair of Barclay Damon's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Area, will be honored by the Girl Scouts of Western New York as one of nine Women of Distinction for 2016. The awards will be presented at a ceremony on September 15 at Kleinhans Music Hall in Buffalo.

The honorees were nominated by members of the community because of their demonstrated leadership in their careers and to their communities through public service. They are role models for all girls, and in accepting the award, they commit to mentoring specific young women involved in the award ceremony.

Beth works primarily with corporations and other businesses and professional clients on a variety of commercial disputes and insolvency matters. Her work includes handling commercial, federal, and complex litigation; debtor and creditor counseling; representation in bankruptcy proceedings; and financial workouts.
