Amy Kendall to Speak at Seminar on Storm Water Regulation in New York

Hiscock & Barclay, LLP environmental attorney Amy K. Kendall, will be speaking on January 19, 2010 in Syracuse, N.Y. at the Current Issues in Storm Water Regulation in New York seminar. In her law practice, Kendall handles a wide array of environmental and real estate matters. Her practice involves litigation, transactional, permitting and compliance work under various environmental statutes. These statutes include the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and New York State’s Environmental Conservation Law and Navigation Law. She has represented national environmental organizations across the country in citizen suits commenced under the Clean Water Act. Her practice also includes matters related to title and permitting for underwater lands, docks and riparian/littoral rights. Kendall teaches environmental law as adjunct faculty for Rochester Institute of Technology.
